  • NBR (Brazilian Standards): for the approval of products in Brazil, following specific standards for vehicles and components.

We have a specialized and complete laboratory dedicated to homologating automotive safety products. 

We ensure that vehicle components and systems meet the highest global safety standards. 

Our services: 

We perform rigorous and precise tests, following the standards established by national and international regulatory agencies, focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance. 

The process includes data collection and issuance of certificates of conformity, ensuring that the products are suitable for use in the market. 

Tests conducted: 

  • Airbags: Reaction time 
  • Seatbelts: Tensile strength, effectiveness, and behavior in collision simulations 
  • Seats and fastening structures: Impact resistance tests 

Certification: 

After completing the tests, we prepare a detailed technical report. If the product meets the requirements, an international partner issues the approval certificate, authorizing the sale and installation in the vehicles, following the regulations and compliance.
